MyMagic TV does not bear any responsibility for the places of origin, legality and quality of TV channels, radio stations and broadcast video files, we only provide a technical solution for accessing these TV channels, radio stations, video files on a single platform, as well as a technical solution for converting this broadcast stream from using players and TV set-top boxes on TV. Our technical solution is our intellectual property. The client pays only for the technical solution!
The participant under no circumstances has the right to distribute access to the site among third parties, rebroadcast the services provided, or demonstrate outside the circle of relatives and friends. The Participant is not entitled to use his registration to simultaneously receive the provided services from more than two devices at the same time, allowing access to the service. If this is detected, the third communication session is closed automatically, and the Participant’s account is blocked until re-login to the system.
2. Acceptance of the terms

3. Payment for the service

At the moment, the monthly membership fee for MyMagic TV starts from 5 euros for 30 days of using the service and for the hourly option it starts from 0.15 euros for one day. We reserve the right to change the membership fee at any time without affecting the cost of the paid period. The participant can refuse participation at any time, but in this case, MyMagic TV does not return the balance of the paid fee, or the entire fee, regardless of the chosen form of payment. Under fear of immediate termination of access to MyMagic TV, when filling out the registration form, the Participant provides complete and accurate information about himself necessary to provide the services provided.
