Installation on Dune HD


The portal can work on Dune HD media players with browser plug-ins support. These include all players starting from the TV-101 model and released later (for example: TV-101, TV-102, TV-204, TV-301, TV-303D, Dune HD Connect, Dune HD Base 3D). Before installing the plugin, make sure your player supports browser plugins. New Android models will also work with our portal. Application for Dune HD here <<<<

And then you need to perform a few simple steps:

  1. Download the plugin for Dune HD (zip archive) and save it to your computer or to an external drive (USB stick or external hard drive).
  2. If the plug-in was saved on your computer, copy it to an external drive.
    Please note: the archive does not need to be unpacked! There must be one file on the external drive!
  3. Disconnect the external drive from your computer and plug it into the Dune HD.
  4. In the media player menu in the “Sources” section
  5. select “USB storage” and open its contents by pressing “ENTER”

Note:
1) If the USB storage does not appear, try unplugging and plugging it back in.
2) If, when you press on the USB-drive, a message appears stating that the file system is not recognized, then use another external drive or format this one. Be careful: formatting will completely delete all data from the drive, including the plugin itself.

Find the previously downloaded plugin “dune_plugin_tv.zip” on your USB drive, select it and press “ENTER”. This action launches the installation of the plugin on your STB. When the installation is complete, a message will appear

Now by going to the “TV” section and selecting the “dune_plugin_tv.zip” plugin, you can evaluate the work of the demo version of the portal.

If the films in the film library do not work for you

Perhaps you just do not have the necessary codecs installed.
What should be done:

1) Download installer <<<<
2) Copy to USB stick
3) Navigate to the file via the DUNE menu and press ENTER.
4) Installation is complete

After the settings, a test period for one day of viewing will turn on. At the end of the test period, contact the online chat to activate the service, you can also do it yourself on the payment page. After payment, the service is activated automatically!
